Not only was Division III the hardest to win a state title in 2003, it was by
far the hardest to name an All-State Team also. But the numbers are in and we
are proud to release the 2003 Division III OhioPrepScene.com All-Ohio
Team. The amount of press or recruiting doesn't come into play for the OPS
All-Ohio Team.
OFFENSE
Linemen: This is were everything starts. Without these guys the QB's and
RB's would have some realy issues.

Quarterbacks: The guys who make the calls and keep everyone on the same
page.

2. Grant Gregory - Athens High School
3. Mark Petruziello - Mentor Lake Catholic High School
4. Teddy Buehner - Germantown Valley View High School
Running backs: They get the hard yards and this was the hardest position
to name. Many more could have joined this group.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR
This was a hard one to pick. While I would have liked to name only one,
Division III saw several players I felt helped their teams the most. So we are
honored to name three as OhioPrepScene.com Division III Offensive Players of The
Year.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR
Just as on offense, Division III saw some great defensive play during the
2003 season. The final results saw two players share the honor.

COACH OF THE YEAR
OPS felt this honor of could have gone several different ways. We name two
coaches for this honor in 2003. One saw his team have a perfect regular season,
as the other won a state title.
