breakdown and release the Ohio Prep Scene Top 10 for each division. As always we
start with the big boys and Division One. The OPS State Rankings are based on
the current computer points system. This takes into affect the strength of the
teams played with first and second level computer points.

There you have the OPS Top 10 State Poll. As stated the poll is done by using
the OHSAA Computer Points system. Teams with the highest points total overall
make the poll and slotted by their points. This way there is no media bias, just
wins, losses and strength of the teams played.
